The short version: use the website responsibly, respect the work and content we create, do not misuse the site, and understand that general business information cannot replace professional advice specific to your circumstances.

2. Using This Website
You may use tfdi.world for lawful purposes connected with learning about, accessing or participating in TFDI and its services.
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or systems;
- introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful technology;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
- scrape, copy or harvest information from the site in an abusive or automated way;
- impersonate another person, business or organisation;
- use the website to infringe another person’s rights;
- use TFDI content or branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
3. Information, Education & Business Guidance
TFDI provides practical business education, tools, resources, community support and general guidance.
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but businesses and individual circumstances differ and information may become outdated.
TFDI does not guarantee business success.
Starting, operating and growing a business involves risk. Examples, templates, educational material, suggestions and guidance provided through TFDI are intended to support your decision-making, not replace your own judgement or professional advice where required.
Nothing on this website should be treated as legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for decisions you make about your business and for obtaining appropriate specialist advice where necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Outfoxxed Group Ltd.
This includes, where applicable:
- TFDI branding and logos;
- written content;
- training material;
- graphics and designs;
- templates and downloadable resources;
- videos and presentations;
- The Compass;
- The Paths;
- The Core Principles;
- The 7 Core Pillars;
- The Armoury materials;
- other original TFDI systems and resources.
You may use resources made available to you for your own personal or business use subject to any specific licence or usage terms provided with them.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit substantial parts of TFDI content without prior written permission.
5. Services, Guild Memberships & Funded Places
TFDI may provide free services, paid services, subscriptions, memberships, funded places, websites, digital services, events, training and partner programmes.
Some of these services may be subject to additional or more specific terms that will be presented when you register, purchase, apply or enter into an agreement with us.
These website terms do not replace specific service terms. Where separate membership, programme, TFDI 500, website or service terms apply, those terms form part of the relevant agreement.
Where you purchase goods, services, digital content or memberships from us as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Where a recurring membership or subscription applies, details such as price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and any applicable consumer cancellation rights will be provided as part of the purchase or registration process.
6. TFDI 500 & Matched Places
The TFDI 500 campaign is designed to fund supported Growth Places for eligible individuals and businesses.
Where TFDI states that an externally funded place will be matched, the TFDI match is provided through committed services and support, rather than through an equivalent cash payment into a separate fund.
Funding or sponsoring a place does not give a supporter or partner ownership of, control over or rights in the recipient’s business.
Nor does funding a place automatically entitle the funder to receive the recipient’s personal information.
Eligibility, allocation, participation and delivery requirements may be governed by separate TFDI 500 programme terms.
7. The Den Directory
TFDI may provide businesses with the opportunity to create or appear in a public profile through The Den Directory.
Businesses remain responsible for ensuring information they submit for publication is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.
TFDI may edit, refuse or remove Directory content where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, technical or community reasons.
Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or certification of a business, its products or services.
8. Community Participation
Some TFDI services include participation in communities, group spaces, workshops or interactive sessions.
Participants are expected to treat others respectfully and must not use TFDI spaces to harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, defraud or deliberately mislead others.
We may moderate content and restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, other participants or TFDI.
More detailed community rules may apply within The Guild or other individual services.
9. Availability Of The Website
We aim to keep tfdi.world available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security requirements or matters outside our reasonable control.
We may update, change, remove or restructure website content and functionality as TFDI develops.
10. External Websites & Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, organisations, businesses or services.
These links are provided for convenience or information and do not necessarily mean that TFDI endorses the third party.
We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, products or services of third-party websites.
11. Our Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
Subject to that principle, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from business decisions made using general information available on this website where that information was not provided as bespoke professional advice.
We are also not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party websites or services, or unauthorised misuse of the website.
Any limitations applying to a particular paid service will be set out in the terms governing that service and will remain subject to applicable law.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
Cookie or marketing consent will be requested separately where required and is not obtained merely by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when the website, TFDI services, our business model or applicable law changes.
The version published on this page will apply to use of the website from the date it takes effect.
Changes to an existing paid contract will be handled in accordance with the terms governing that contract and applicable law.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
14. Governing Law
These website Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections that apply where you live.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
