The Guild

Welcome to The Guild.

Build your own thing. Just don’t build it alone.

Running a business can be strangely lonely.

You can be surrounded by customers, suppliers, family, friends and people online — and still have nobody who really understands what you’re trying to build, why you’re worrying about something at 11pm, or why one small win can suddenly make an entire week feel worthwhile.

The Guild is the community at the heart of The Foxx Den Initiative.

It’s a place for people at different stages, building different businesses, with different ambitions — learning and moving forward alongside one another.

You don’t need to arrive with a polished business plan. You don’t need to know all the terminology. You don’t need to pretend everything is going brilliantly.

You might be sitting on your first idea. You might have just made your first sale. You might have been trading for years and reached a point where you’re wondering what comes next.

There is room for all of that here.

No peacocking required.

The Guild isn’t a room full of people shouting about six-figure months, comparing follower counts or pretending they wake up at 4am to meditate, journal and conquer the world before breakfast.

It’s a community for real people building real things in the real world.

Ask the question you think you’re supposed to already know the answer to. Share the thing that worked. Talk about the thing that didn’t. Borrow somebody else’s experience and offer yours when it can help somebody else.

Some days you’ll need the Guild.

Other days, someone in the Guild might need you.

Be heard. Be seen. Belong.

That’s what The Guild is supposed to feel like.

More than another online group

What Happens Inside The Guild?

The Guild isn’t somewhere you’re expected to log into every morning, keep up with hundreds of notifications or constantly prove that you’re making progress.

It’s there to be useful.

Sometimes that might mean spending an evening working through something from the Core Pillars.

Sometimes it’s asking a question because you’ve been staring at the same problem for three hours and need another pair of eyes.

And sometimes it’s simply having a conversation with people who understand the strange reality of trying to build something of your own.

Inside the Guild you’ll be able to:

  • ask practical business questions and get another perspective
  • join live community calls and discussions
  • work through the Core Pillars at your own pace
  • access tools, templates and resources from the Armoury
  • share ideas, challenges, wins and lessons learned
  • get feedback from people who understand what you’re building
  • learn from the experience of other Guild members
  • help somebody else when your experience can make their path easier

There will be structure when structure helps.

There will be guidance when guidance is needed.

But there won’t be a giant checklist hanging over your head telling you that you’re somehow behind.

Dip in when you need something.

Stay because you realise your experience might help somebody else too.

Sometimes you just need to talk it through

Live Calls. Real Conversations.

Videos, guides and templates are useful.

But they can’t listen to your particular problem, ask what you’ve already tried or tell you that you’re probably worrying about something that doesn’t actually matter yet.

That’s why live support is an important part of The Guild.

Guild calls give members somewhere to bring the things they’re actually dealing with — from a half-formed idea to a business decision that’s been keeping them awake.

Bring the real question.

Website not converting? Bring it.

No idea what to charge? Bring it.

Thinking about changing direction? Bring it.

Had an idea at 2am that might either be brilliant or completely ridiculous? Definitely bring that one.

Calls can include:

  • open business Q&A
  • member challenges and problem-solving
  • website, marketing and business reviews
  • focused workshops and practical sessions
  • discussions around topics from the Core Pillars
  • new tools and resources from the Armoury
  • member ideas, experiences and lessons worth sharing

You don’t have to speak every time.

Sometimes listening to somebody else’s question will solve a problem you didn’t even realise you were about to have.

No scripts. No pretending we know everything.

Just real businesses, real questions and people working through them together.

The culture matters

The Guild Code

A useful community does not happen by accident.

The Guild is designed to be a place where people can ask, share, learn and build without feeling judged, sold to or constantly compared with somebody else’s progress.

So there are a few things we protect.

Not because we want a giant rulebook. Because culture is what makes a community worth belonging to.

No judgement.
Ask the question. Share the mistake. Start from where you are.
No peacocking.
Wins are welcome. Ego contests are not.
No pitching at members.
The Guild is a support space, not a captive sales audience.
No stupid questions.
If you do not understand something, asking is the right move.
Give as well as take.
Your experience might be exactly what somebody else needs.
Different goals are valid.
Not everyone wants to scale, hire a team or build an empire.
Challenge ideas, not people.
Honest feedback can still be respectful.
Celebrate without comparison.
Somebody else’s progress does not reduce the value of yours.

Be useful. Be respectful. Be human.

Everything else gets much easier from there.

Everything connects here

What You Get Access To

The Guild is the community at the centre of TFDI — but membership isn’t just access to a discussion board.

It’s where the different parts of The Foxx Den Initiative come together around you.

Learn something when you need to understand it. Grab a tool when you need to do it. Join a call when you need to talk it through. Ask the Guild when another perspective would help.

The Core Pillars

Structured practical business learning that you can work through at your own pace and revisit whenever your business changes.

The Armoury

Templates, worksheets, checklists, prompts, tools, guides and practical resources designed to help you turn knowledge into action.

Live Guild Calls

Regular opportunities to ask questions, work through challenges, learn together and get another perspective.

The Guild Community

A place to ask, share, discuss, learn and connect with other people building businesses of their own.

New Resources

The system keeps growing. New lessons, tools and resources can be added as new challenges, technology and opportunities emerge.

Real Support

When a template or lesson isn’t enough, there are actual people you can ask rather than being left trying to figure everything out alone.

You don’t have to use everything.

In fact, we’d rather you didn’t use something unless it genuinely helps with what you’re trying to achieve.

The value isn’t having access to more stuff.

It’s having the right thing available when you actually need it.
