The Foxx Compass
Before deciding what you should do next, it helps to understand where you actually are.
The Foxx Compass is designed to help you take stock of your current position — without judgement, comparison or assuming you should already be further ahead.
It looks at the things that genuinely affect the route available to you:
- what you are trying to achieve
- what stage your idea or business is currently at
- the skills and experience you already have
- the time, money and resources realistically available to you
- where you feel confident — and where you need more support
- what is currently getting in the way
The aim isn’t to produce a score that tells you whether your business is “good” or “bad”.
And it certainly isn’t another personality quiz that puts you into a neat little box.
It’s about getting your bearings.
Once you understand your starting point, it becomes much easier to separate what matters now from everything that can wait.
You don’t need to know the entire route.
You just need to know where you’re starting from and which direction makes sense next.
Build alongside other people
The Guild
Building a business can be incredibly isolating.
You can have the right tools, the right information and a clear idea of what you should do next — and still hit moments where you need another person to talk it through with.
That is what the Guild is for.
The Guild is the community around The Foxx Den Initiative: a place to ask questions, share experience, learn from other people and get support while you build.
It is not about pretending everyone is at the same stage. And it is not about creating another online space filled with highlight reels, comparison and pressure.
It is designed to give members access to:
- peer support from people building alongside you

- feedback when you need another perspective

Sometimes the answer will come from TFDI.
