Support

Practical support. Stronger communities.

For Councils & Partners

Help more people turn ideas, skills and ambition into sustainable businesses and stronger futures.

Across the UK, thousands of people have the ability, experience and ambition to create something for themselves.

What many lack is not potential.

It is access to affordable guidance, practical business education, useful technology, ongoing support and somebody who can help them work out what to do next.

The Foxx Den Initiative was built to help close that gap.

TFDI brings practical business education, tools, community, digital support and guided development together into one flexible system that can support people from their earliest idea through to running and developing a real business.

Rather than prescribing one rigid programme, we help people understand where they are, identify what they actually need and build a route that reflects their circumstances, ambitions and resources.

We are not asking organisations to fund another course library.

We want to work with partners who are trying to create practical, sustainable routes into entrepreneurship, self-employment and small business development.

TFDI can complement existing local business, employment, skills and enterprise programmes by providing:

  • accessible business education in plain English
  • practical templates, tools and resources
  • guided pathways based on individual starting points
  • ongoing community and peer support
  • live workshops, calls and practical problem-solving
  • digital, website and technology support
  • AI and automation guidance for modern small businesses
  • support that continues beyond the initial programme or workshop

This can be delivered directly to individuals, alongside existing programmes, or through funded and sponsored access for specific communities and cohorts.

The objective is not simply to help somebody start a business.

It is to help them build the knowledge, confidence and practical capability to keep moving after the initial support ends.

Not every business needs a full-service agency.

And not every problem needs someone else to take complete control.

Sometimes what’s actually missing is clarity, structure, and experienced guidance.

Outfoxxed provides focused consultancy and practical training for people who want to understand what they’re building, make better decisions, and stay in control of their business as they grow.

What you won’t find here:

❌ Long-term retainers
❌ Pressure-based upsells
❌ Artificial complexity
❌ Dependency-driven support models

The goal is simple:

help people move forward with confidence, understanding, and practical direction that genuinely fits their stage of business.

Training: understand what actually matters

Training at Outfoxxed is about context, not tactics… The goal isn’t to overload people with information.

It’s to help business owners understand:
what matters,
what doesn’t,
and how different parts of a business actually connect together.

It’s designed for:

  • business owners

  • small teams

  • solo founders

  • people who want to stop guessing

Sessions focus on helping you understand:

  • what matters now (and what doesn’t)

  • how different channels actually fit together

  • how to assess advice before acting on it

  • how to avoid common, expensive mistakes

This isn’t about “best practice”.
It’s about relevant practice for where you are.

Training can be delivered remotely or in person, depending on what makes sense.

🦊 What this isn’t

This page exists to be clear about the kind of support Outfoxxed provides — and the kind it doesn’t.

Outfoxxed is designed around guidance, structure, implementation support, and practical clarity.

It is not built around long-term dependency models.

Outfoxxed does not:

  • Run ongoing marketing departments
  • Manage businesses on behalf of clients
  • Take over long-term ad or SEO management
  • Embed permanently into teams
  • Sell aggressive retainers or commission-based arrangements

The goal is not to create dependency.

It’s to help people understand what they’re doing, make stronger decisions, and build more confidently over time.

Some businesses genuinely need full-service agencies.

Others simply need experienced guidance, practical support, and a clearer path forward.

Outfoxxed is designed for the second group.

Other ways to move forward

Not everyone needs the same kind of support at the same stage.

If you’re earlier in the process, or want a more structured starting point:

Consultancy and training sit alongside those options — not above them.

  • Some people start with learning.
  • Some start with a website.
  • Some only need occasional guidance.

The goal is simply to help people move forward in a way that actually fits their situation.

Final note

Outfoxxed isn’t built around pressure, hype, or pretending business should consume your entire life.

It’s built around understanding what you’re building, why it matters, and how to move forward properly.

Clear thinking beats constant activity.

Understanding beats hustle.

And steady progress usually beats chasing shortcuts.

Whether you need a website, guidance, training, or simply a clearer direction — the goal stays the same:

help people build something solid without unnecessary complexity, dependency, or noise.

You stay in control.

Always.
